Our Purpose

Mission:

Valuing the diversity and individual  worth of students, Horizonte Instruction and Training Center, a multicultural learning center, will provide the education and skills necessary for students to achieve self-sufficiency and become contributing participants within their community.

Purpose: 

We will teach students the basic skills they need to access opportunities after graduation by providing the highest quality instructional services and student care.
