Dear Horizonte Families! We will have the Parent-Teacher conferences on Thursday, December 8th. Please join us from 3:30-6:30 and meet with your student's teachers and counselors to check on their academic progress, behavior and attendance. We are excited to see you on Thursday!

Please come and celebrate Dia De Los Muertos with us this Thursday, October 27th from 5:30-7:00pm. We will have fun activities, dinner and conferences with teachers from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Bring your family and enjoy the night with us. You can wear costumes but please
· Your costumes may not be demeaning to others
· No weapons, toy weapons, or props replicating weapons
· No costumes that are revealing
· Costumes may not show obscene materials
· No masks are permitted.

Horizonte is excited to welcome bestselling author Maggie Stiefvater to our school on Oct. 19th. Maggie will be speaking with students and signing copies of her books. Thank you to The King's English Bookstore and Brain Food Inc. for generously sponsoring this event and providing copies of the book to the students at Horizonte.

Mark your calendars!!!This one day event is going to be fun! It will include hands on activity, a career speaker, career planning and goal setting. There will be prizes, hand-outs for all attendees and a special luncheon.

You are invited to join us for the Back to School Night on September 8th from 3:30pm to 7:30pm. We will have in-person and online option. If you would like to come in person, please come between 3:30pm-6:00pm. For online meetings, please use the link provided by your student's teacher to meet via Zoom.
