Youth To Adults
Welcome to our Rose Park class!!!
The Horizonte Rose Park Youth-to-Adult Program is designed to support 12th graders who will not graduate with their class and students whose class graduated the previous school year. It is a program where students will earn credits needed for their graduation requirements.
Adult Education Registrations for 2026/27 school year
Please see the Registration Tab.
Please bring in the following documents:
- ONE proof of address (any bill, Utah ID card, rental agreement, Library card)
- Official Transcript
- If you are younger than 18, you will need to bring a parent with you.

Enter through the NW doors at SLCSE (1400 W. Goodwin Ave., SLC).
Ring the bell if the door is locked. Knock—loudly--if bell isn't working. (It's not working right now...neither are the phones)

16-20 years old students
Super-seniors (Class of 26)
New and returning students must attend orientation and registration. Registration includes testing and students must plan to attend the three-hour block. -
- K12 withdrawal form
- K12 students must bring a parent-person/guardian to orientation
- Proof-of-address must include student's name and current address
- Current transcript
When students leave K12 education, they are no longer eligible for sports at the traditional high schools. -
