Horizonte Community, 

Utah Health Department will host the vaccine clinic at Horizonte. If you are an adult student at Horizonte or you have a family member who needs a Covid-19 vaccine, you can get it on April 23th and April 24th here at Horizonte school. Please, fill out the form below.

Below is information regarding the additional in-person learning options we will provide beginning March 1st. The benefit of this plan is choice; students and families will have a choice to come in-person or stay remote. 

 

  1. Our next term starts April 5th.
  2. Students may choose to come to school for in-person classes from 12:30 PM -3:30 PM on MondayTuesdayThursday and Friday.  

These classes will be a repeat of the online class offered in the morning from 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM. Students will get the same information whether they stay online or come into the building for class. 

  1. There are no classes on Wednesdays.  Teachers will provide support and assign work for students to do at home.

  1. Laptops – Students will use their school/personal laptop at school.  If a student doesn’t have a laptop, please contact our librarian  at emina.ceribasic@slcschools.org or a counselor. 
  2. Students should come to school with the following:
    1. Laptop charged with cord
    2. Headphones
    3. Water bottle
    4. School supplies
  3. Breakfast and lunch will still be free to all students.  Students will pick up a bagged breakfast for the next day on their way out of school at 3:30.

Horizonte Food Pantry

Food Pantry at Horizonte main site will be open every day, Monday-Friday, from 8am to 3pm. Please feel free to come!
