General Education Diploma (GED)

Registration: every Monday 9:00am and 4:00pm

General Education Diploma: GED Fast Track 

Flexible Schedule in person and remote learning. 

To qualify for the GED program, you must complete CASAS placement tests.  

Option 1: GED test prep @ South City ABE 5/6 

  • Location: 1534 South 300 East, SLC 

Option 2: GED test prep @ Main Site ABE 1-4 

  • Location: 1234 South Main Street, SLC 

  • Times: Tuesday-Thursday  5:30-8:30pm

"Adult Students that are interested in getting their GED should report to the main site for Intake and Enrollment testing. Current Intake and Enrollment testing to  qualify for the Adult Ed GED program is on Mondays at 10 am and 5 pm at the main site"  (**plus add in any additional guidance given for students coming in to register for Adult Ed.) 

"Youth students, whose graduating class has not yet graduated, may Fast Track into the Youth GED program. Youth students will need to have a copy of their transcripts and a completed K-12 (HSE) form from their home school and will also need a current form of picture ID. Students desiring to Fast Track into the Youth GED program will also need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the time of intake.
