**Who Can and How To Apply**

Open to Horizonte High School graduates (present and past),

Horizonte students who attain ELL Completer or do GED Prep at Horizonte and pass

• Apply for admission, Salt Lake Community College, slcc.edu
• Take TABE or Accuplacer (English and math class placement)
• Apply for Horizonte Scholarship (HS) at slcc.awardspring.com (SLCC online scholarship application portal)
